Hope you all are enjoying your weekend! I’m having a relaxing one curled up on the couch, trying to kick this cold! I got 10 hours of sleep last night but woke up with no voice, so I’m hoping to rest up today so that I can make it to work and back into half marathon training this week!
***Side note…I’ve taken advantage of the Watchathon on Demand (through Comcast) and have watched the last season of Entourage and most of the first season of Boardwalk Empire this weekend. Boardwalk Empire is so good! I wish it was on Netflix too!***
Here’s my work out plan for the week:
Monday: Elliptical & strength
Tuesday: Run 3 miles (easy) & yoga
Wednesday: Run 5 miles (easy) & strength
Thursday: Adventure Run w/ RoadRunner Sports!
Friday: Elliptical & yoga
Saturday: Race to Wrigley 5k!
And here’s the dinner plan for this week:
Monday: Open-faced Caprese sandwiches (while watching the NCAA championship game!)
Tuesday: Chicken Stirfry
Wednesday: Homemade pizza
Thursday: Out…probably at Panera or Subway before the adventure run
Friday: Grilled Cheese! (for National Grilled Cheese Month!)
Saturday: Friend’s birthday party!
