We all know that water is important and below are some of the top reasons how our bodies use it.
I don’t know about you, but I have to make a concerted effort to remember to drink more water. I’ve added flavoring to the water (like Mio or fruit), started buying sparkling water (loooove it!), and also tried bringing reusable water bottles to work or when I’m out and about (I usually forget them in a bag—oops!)
